Genesis

The Unity Foundation Trust formed in February 2026 in Kolkata, India, to empower under-served communities through healthcare, education and livelihood support, particularly focusing on mother and child care, skill development of women for income generation and rural development in Sonarpur and surrounding rural areas of South 24 Parganas District. It provides assistance to the patients, including blood donation camp and food support to the needy.

To ensure adequate, qualitative, preventive & curative health care to the people by free health check up services, opening of charitable dispensaries Yoga centres
Skill Development
To organize several educational, vocational training, skill development programme for women’s empowerment and Income Generation
Child Development
To ensure children’s health development and education and also to provide education to the children of the downtrodden of all communities.
Relief Support
Provide Relief services on the occasion of famine, earthquake, other epidemic and other occasion of calamities of similar nature to the disaster affected people
Employment Generation
To create job opportunities for the local handicraft unit/ medical unit, handicapped, orphans and other categories of people through knitting, tailoring, nursing training
Awareness
To raise public awareness, educate public on child rights and protection on situation and vulnerabilities of children and families, on available child protection services, schemes at all levels
Establishment
To establish, maintain, control, manage and give financial aid to orphanages, widow-homes launch, asylum home for destitute and insane persons and other establishments for relief
